As Chief Lead – Partnering, Patrick brings over 20 years of process improvement and operations leadership experience to Enlighten. He began his career in consulting with Arthur Andersen, and then moved to GE where he held several leadership roles and earned his Six Sigma Black Belt. He also worked at DST Systems, where he was the client lead for Enlighten’s first US implementation, and held leadership roles at VML and H&R Block. Patrick leads with a customer focused mindset while also driving for continuous improvement.
Claudio Dalla Venezia
As Enlighten’s Continuous Improvement Director, Claudio is deeply invested in formulating improvement strategies with clients to meet their strategic objectives, remove waste and deliver a step-change in performance. Claudio is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has devoted his career to delivering customer and business value by aligning operating models, process improvement, people capability, culture and technology to deliver transformational change.
Claudio is a devout Lean student having successfully built and established Lean Centers of Excellence within the Tier 1 Banking industry. Claudio’s entrepreneurial spirit and relentless desire for improvement afforded him the opportunity to co-found and lead a fintech start-up adept at process and data automation solutions for large Banking clients. Claudio has a strong focus on developing tomorrow’s leaders and improvement practitioners. He believes with the right data, engaged people and the right problem-solving approach, that improvement is inevitable!
